Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be shipped?
As I am the only person packing and shipping orders, it may take a little longer than usual. I aim to ship out orders once or twice a week so please be patient. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding the status of your order.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?
Unfortunately, I do not currently accept returns or cancellations. I cannot accept returns for a change of mind or incorrectly placed orders. Sorry :(

My order is faulty/incorrect. What do I do?
If you are sent incorrect items, please send me an email and let me know so I can correct your order and send you the right items! If an item is faulty, please send me a photo of your order and I will offer a replacement.

Where do you ship to?
I ship to almost everywhere! I am based in Sydney, Australia so orders within metrapolitan Sydney should arrive within 2-3 days after dispatch with the rest of Australia taking up to a week to arrive. International orders will take longer depending on where you are in the world. I understand that international postage costs are high but I unfortunately don't control the prices and simply charge what my courier does. If you are unsure if I ship to your country or how the postage is calculated, please send me an email.

What is your brand doing to support sustainable practice?
We use environmentally friendly and/or sustainably sourced packaging including recycled plastics and paper as well as using soy based inks where possible. To reduce our carbon footprint, please reuse or recycle our packaging so it can have a second life.
